Important

10 Temmuz itibarıyla topluluk tarafından bildirilen bütün buglar, geliştirici ekibi tarafından incelenip doğrulandıktan sonra, CBug-[numara] formatında sınıflandırılıp numaralandırılacaktır.
Bir hata bildirirken yalnızca karşılaştığınız sorunu mümkün olduğunca ayrıntılı şekilde açıklamanız yeterlidir. Gerekli görüldüğünde ekran görüntüsü, video veya uygulamanın hangi sürümünde meydana geldiği gibi ek bilgiler de paylaşabilirsiniz.
Bize bildirilen bug'ın artık geliştirici ekibi tarafından doğrulanacaktır. Aksi takdirde, bug report'unuzu 2 gün içerisinde silmeniz gerekir. Aksi takdirde ekibimiz tarafından silinecektir.
Doğrulanan her hata kendine ait benzersiz bir CBug numarası alacak ve bu numara, hatanın geliştirme süreci boyunca takip edilmesi, durumunun güncellenmesi ve çözüme ulaştırılması için kullanılacaktır. Aynı hatanın birden fazla kez raporlanmasını önlemek ve hata takibini daha düzenli hâle getirmek amacıyla tüm doğrulanmış hatalar bu sistem üzerinden yönetilecektir.

Tip

Eğer karşılaştığınız hatanın kesin bir bug olup olmadığından emin değilseniz ve doğrulanıp kabul edilme olasılığını arttırmak istiyorsanız, bildirinizin yanına görsel veya video koymanız tavsiye edilir.

Note

Bug bildiriminin sayısı beklenenden az gelmesi halinde, buglar geliştiriciler tarafından bulunup numaralandırılır.

Important

As of July 10, all bugs reported by the community will be classified and numbered in the CBug-[number] format after being reviewed and verified by the development team.
When reporting a bug, it is sufficient to describe the issue you encountered in as much detail as possible. If deemed necessary, you may also share additional information such as screenshots, videos, or the version of the application in which the issue occurred.
Reported bugs must now be verified by the development team. Otherwise, you are required to delete your bug report within 2 days; otherwise, it will be deleted by our team.
Each verified bug will receive its own unique CBug number, which will be used to track, update the status of, and resolve the bug throughout the development process. All verified bugs will be managed through this system in order to prevent duplicate reports of the same issue and to keep bug tracking more organized.

Tip

If you are unsure whether the issue you encountered is a definitive bug and want to increase the likelihood of it being verified and accepted, it is recommended to attach an image or video to your report.

Note

If the number of bug reports is lower than expected, bugs will be identified and numbered by the developers themselves.
