I want to Minecraft to not have to be restarted in 26.2

Suggestion

I want multimc to support environments where vulkan might not be always available, and to force the opengl mode, ie hotpluggable gpus

Benefit

Avoids restarting the client, can help troubleshooting whether opengl or vulkan is the issue
