Add a script that could be executed at any time to make additions to a plugin

Currently we have the postclone script that sets up the plugin name and creates demo projects.

It would be great if we could start our plugin development with just the core demo and at a later stage when we decide to add an angular demo to be able to run a script to populate all the needed pieces.

This functionality was also requested here.
