I want to reviewed some real world OpenAPI 3.2 spec examples.

If you are looking for real world examples, you probably need to look beyond the specification project itself. Try some of the API directories online, such as Jentic (or any of the many, many others) https://docs.jentic.com/reference/public-apis/overview/

jentic public apis is not focused on OpenAPI 3.2.0, so pity.
