Affiliations: Copy/edit functionality is not in the current UI but does work in the new version

Users should still be able to copy/edit Works but not affiliations.

The attached screenshot shows a multiple affiliations in the current UI. The affiliations where the record holder is not the source can only be deleted, not copied.
