Reimplement Settings screen

[OffRange]

The settings screen should:

• Allow creating backups
• Importing backups
• Enable/Disable Autofill Service
• Provide a way to show 3rd Party Libraries
• Enable/Disable biometric authentication
• Resetting main password
• Provide a way to report issues
