Creating finite elasticity examples

Hi all,
I was hoping to create repos for the following examples (more to come):
cantilever
dof_constraints
simple_shear

I am a admin on this repo so let me know if I should just go ahead and create the repos myself as needed. I can follow the instructions provided by Hugh for creating these repo's here: https://github.com/OpenCMISS-Examples/request_new_example.
