Subject: [PATCH] Remove wentevill from maintainer roster

wentevill is listed in the .project/maintainers.yaml but is not present in the project's own OWNERS file at https://github.com/OpenFunction/OpenFunction/blob/main/OWNERS. Aligning the two rosters.
