Planning for and ensuring server admin continuity in the event of Monica's absence from May 2026 to August 2026

• Enumerate task list for Farshad and Jon to take on PWDMARSDBS1 to test their .WA accounts
• Share feedback with IS&T to get proper privileges for their accounts
• Iterate testing as needed to get capabilities ironed out

When FMLA period is confirmed with HR:

• Request temporary admin capabilities for Farshad or Jon to test escalated privileges
• Remove admin until late April, if necessary, and reinstate before Monica leaves
• Conduct final test

In parallel with all this:

• Review existing documentation for gaps and obsolete info
• Update the relevant documents
