Extract necessary information from x-ray data booklet #75

Only if they cannot be obtained from the various NIST/Henke websites

  • Bragg crystal info: lattice spacing, Miller indices, chemical formula, useful wavelength range (section 4)
  • Compton scattering (section 3)
  • Klein-Nishina Formula (section 3)
  • Multi-layer mirrors (section 4 - include example showing complex refractive index being close to unity in wavelength range where MLMs become useful)
  • x-ray detector info (section 4.5)

Possibly include stuff from Handbook of x-ray data by Zschornack
