Add analysis rejection option

Admin should be able to reject individual analyses. this was previously implemented, but removed for development

A way to communicate why it was rejected is also needed

A way to communicate why it was rejected is also needed

this way will also change in the future. Also where user can communicate in a chat like manor in regard of the analysis.
But i would wait with this implementation and realy evaluate if we should duplicate functionality in the Hub and Node and add additional maintainability overhead.
