Is Queue mandatory for job processing?

I want to understand if a queue is mandatory in a process scheduler or task processing? Or Nayra has a safe lock for resource handled by repository? In other words, where Nayra interact with a task queue?

Hi @francescobianco, que queue is not mandatory and Nayra does no provide a lock method.

A queue manager is required to execute a process with multiple elements running in parallel. The responsibility for locking and releasing resources such as a database record must be implemented in the classes that implement ExecutionInstanceRepositoryInterface and TokenRepositoryInterface.

For example, when a task (script or human) is completed, it adds or changes information, these changes must be saved in the process instance data by the repository classes.
