Automated functional e2e test

Create a automated functional end to end test which will verify that MONAI deploy has been deployed successfully.

OneTimeSetup

• Hit healthcheck endpoints (MIG, MWM, MTM, Argo, Mongo, Minio, Rabbit)
• Delete any workflows by AET

Before Test

• Creation of a bucket in Minio (monaideploy)
• Creation of a Workflow in Mongo
• Create of an Argo workflow
• Creation of AET in MIG

Act

• Send a DICOM slice to MIG

Assert

• WorflowInstance created
• Argo Task ran successfully
