hamilton_tube_carrier_32_a00_insert_eppendorf_1_5mL isn't just for eppendorf tubes

Was building out a protocol with this container. This container, an empty rack that has inserts in it can actually fit a number of tubes from .5mL - 2mL.

We can fit:

• Sarstedt .5, 1.5, and 2.0mL
• Eppendorf 1, and 2.0mL

I think this should be named hamilton_tube_carrier_32_a00_insert as you can hold any number of tubes in this, not just eppendorf. When you load a tube in a z-height changes

Great timing! I defined the CAR_32_A00 without eppendorf tubes this week. A PR has been submitted: #1186

I successfully used the carrier with 5mL 12x75mm glass tubes.
