A web based system for communities and companies.

Members of a community or a company would add their ideas to a central system, then it would get rated by others and prioritized etc.

Pretty much a replacement for the issues on this repository, that can be used in communities and companies :)

Something similar built with Python and JavaScript CNPROG no updates in the project since 4 years ago, but could a good starting point.
