Apply the editor's ml#22 answers to the reviewed pages: plurals and -ഉം commas (#24)

Adisankar's answers on #22 (2026-09-19): the plural of an English noun is
the English plural plus the Malayalam suffix (Q2.2), and the comma between
-ഉം items is always there, single words included (Q2.5). Six places on the
already-reviewed pages go the other way; this brings them into line.

matplotlib: function call-കളിൽ → function calls-ൽ; object-ുകൾ → objects
(the vowel sign after a hyphen also rendered as a dotted circle in some
fonts); simple-ഉം, convenient-ഉം.
python_by_example: tasks-കൾ → tasks; clean-ഉം, consistent-ഉം;
list-ഉം, `append`-ഉം.

Left alone on purpose: functions line 279, logic-ുകളെ — "logics" is not
natural English, so the form is the editor's to choose.
