Modularize Widget Packages

Requirements:

• Widgets should be in their own distinct section and not hard coded into the application (No explicit imports)
• Widget addon structure should be well defined and readable for developers
• Current widgets should be abstracted and have the ability to import them
• Ideally, it would be nice to have functionality to download and extract widgets to the right location from a server
• It would be nice if widgets had versions and we could tell when they were out of date

Currently not a clean way to do it (adding a single folder) but more of adding a few files in the correct spots (JS, CSS, 2 py files)

Refer to docs folder for how to make a new widget. Can be cleaned up and made a little easier to understand and more modular.
