[Issue]: GTT memory leak with flaky dp cable

Problem Description

When the link dies before being validated, GTT memory will leak. This happened to me especially when trying to run my monitor at high framerates.

This repo is really a fork for the ROCm release side. The issue you're seeing there would affect the upstream driver. So I'd suggest opening an issue on the amd gitlab bug tracker. That'll get eyes from the display guys on it pretty quick, and will ensure that the fix gets into the upstream kernel, to make the fix available for all Linux users, not just ROCm users. You can include the patch there on gitlab as well, or you can send it off for review using the "submitting patches" information above. Entirely your call.
