Agent should offer local WebUI to enable offline updates on all 3 levels [Intravis requirement]

Intravis is currently evaluating our platform. They need offline update processes in all kinds of scenarios.

I told him we have this feature on our roadmap :)

So the service technician should be able to access the agent with the local laptop browser and do some basic operations on the device.
