[bug] options block message not sent via bot user

Issue Description

Once generation is complete, we provide users with options to either send the GIF or regenerate the GIF. Currently, this message is sent via the user itself, which is not expected.

Desired Behavior

• The message with actions block should be sent via the bot, instead of the user.
