Linear integration

How to test it?

Create a Linear application: https://linear.app/gitbook/settings/api/applications/new
Get the client ID and secret
Create a .env file in the root folder of the integration.
Add LINEAR_CLIENT_ID and LINEAR_CLIENT_SECRET variable with their respective values
Run npm run build && npm run publish-linear-dev
