Done, SOP for Python beta 3 had been uploaded to Pypi using the pyproject.toml built installer. |

We need an installer to allow easy reuse of Python developers. Something like using SetupTools to package the SOP for Python wrappers (or bindings) then register the package/installer in Python public registry (PyPi?).
