These are some item models that are used as common parents (and are reasonable to use for pack creators as well):
minecraft:item/handheld_rod Used for the various * on a stick and the fishing rod of course.minecraft:item/template_chest Used for copper chest, chest and ender chestminecraft:item/handheld_mace - only used for the mace as parent, but suitable as parent for any kind of mace-like weapon (only contains item-positioning data)
