Update Sortable.js to 1.13.0 (at least) to fix Safari click issue

I have the same issue as outlined in #743 . I have tried the fix of adding forceFallback but unfortunately this hasn't fixed the issue for me, in fact it makes it worse!

I saw in this issue on Vue.Draggable.next that the underlying issue has been fixed in Sortable.js version 1.13.0. I can also see that the sortable library was updated on vue.draggable.next in this PR

Is there a reason that this vue 2.0 based project cannot be updated to sortable 1.13.0? Is this project still supported or is it now in maintenance and development effort is being spent on vue.draggable.next. It'd be good to know whether to look at upgrading / moving project if that is the case.
