Change user password

from past experience, Most of the time users specially encoders/content-managers may forget their password, and some users may stop using the system due to a forgotten password. therefore having an option to change the password is the best option. in our case meteor requests email address and smtp to send reset link, to shorten this hustle, we can give a privilege to the admin to change others/also his own password without sending a reset link through email.
@OlivierJM I tested these feature and it is working. I will push it to the stable branch or update, you can give some corrections and amendments on the suggested feature and description.

Yeah I agree with that Abi,
For the password change that was the only option, please push to a different branch on the SparkEd repo and create a pull request I will review and merge it to the release.
