Subject: [PATCH] fix(ci): fetch Git LFS files before publishing the docs

The docs' images are stored in Git LFS, and actions/checkout does not
fetch LFS content by default, so the docs job published the three-line
pointer files instead of the PNGs and every image on the site was
broken. Check out with `lfs: true`.
