Stamp Moving to a Different Section

I would like to be able to select and be "holding" a stamp and then switch sections to release the stamp onto a new section in a new position. Right now, I can hold it on a new section but not release it.

Do you want to be able to hold and move an existing stamp? Or are you making a new stamp?
