Imported AO Theme should enable the "keep aspect ratio" for window scaling

Also introduce a "keep aspect ratio" toggle button somewhere (ideally the menu bar) so that you can decide the behavior.

Plus, there needs to be modes for how the ui should be scaled - if it's stretch to fit or fit to height with black bars in the unused space.
