Bug in clearAllExceptPageCache

Currently there's big bug in the clearAllExceptPageCache method.

Instead of clearing all caches expect cache_pages and cache_pagesection, it clears all caches, because the $toBeFlushed var is never used inside the foreach loop.

I would suggest to change line 163 to this:

foreach ($toBeFlushedas $cacheKey) {
