Browser project is not saved until after first generate.

**Describe the bug**
Before the first generate code is performed, the web designer does not save the project.

**To Reproduce**
Open web designer and create a new project, then refresh the window before generating code, you're back to a new project.
 
**Expected behavior**
The state should be saved and continue from where it left off locally.
