Stupid macos bullshit try this first in a terminal

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine Path/To/Solar.app

Replacing Path/To with the path that you put Solar Engine in (you can typically delete the placeholder path and drag the app file onto terminal)

If that doesn't work, try deleting and re-extracting the engine, if that still doesn't work then Ill try to fix it
