[BUG] Task without due time is created with due date timezone offset

Describe the bug
If I create a task without a due time, the due time is automatically set to my date timezone offset.

To Reproduce

1. Create a new task
2. Only set the due date, not the due time
3. Check task in Nextcloud Tasks or Calendar

Expected behavior

The task should appear on the date, but it has an offset that is equals my timezone offset.
