Rewrite frontmatter descriptions on the newly added MCP setup pages (and the two related MCP overview pages) so each falls in the 130–160 character SEO window and is unique.

Changes

• Lengthened short descriptions (85–122 chars) on mcp/setup/{chatgpt,claude,claude-code,cursor,other-clients,vs-code}.mdx to 147–160 chars with page-specific detail (connector, claude mcp add, deep link/mcp.json, OAuth 2.1 + API-key fallback, Copilot agent mode).
• Shortened over-long descriptions on mcp/home.mdx (184 → 159) and api-docs/in-depth-guides/mcp.mdx (164 → 157).
• Titles were already ≤ 60 characters, descriptive, and unique — left unchanged. Page bodies not touched.

Context

All eight MCP setup pages plus the MCP overview and quickstart were added in #302; the audit was scoped to that commit.
