Request Add a shortcut to query for expiration date of existing access token.

I’d like to be able to query for when the token has expired, and if it has I can prompt in the shortcut to open the Auth app to refresh the token.

Triage note: keeping this open — still unimplemented, and it is now a much smaller job than when it was filed.

The pieces it needs already exist:

• AuthAppForTesla/Models/JWTDecoder.swift decodes the token and its exp claim.
• TokenResponseAppEntity and TokenProfileAppEntities already model tokens and profiles for App Intents, including the optional Account parameter the four existing token actions take.
• The Home screen already renders a live "Valid for X" countdown from the same data, so the expiry calculation is written and in use.

So this is essentially a new AppIntent returning the active (or selected) profile's expiry as a Date, letting a Shortcut branch on it and only re-open the app when a refresh is actually needed — which is exactly the automation this issue asked for.

Labelled good first issue since it is a well-bounded addition alongside four existing intents to copy the shape from.
