* fix(types): add openclaw 2026.9.x SDK compat declarations

Upstream dropped .d.ts output for plugin-sdk/provider-entry,
provider-catalog-live-runtime and provider-model-types in 2026.9.x
(2026.7.1-2 shipped them; runtime exports verified unchanged on
2026.9.5). Shapes copied from upstream 2026.7.1-2 declarations with
deep cross-chunk refs widened to unknown. Delete this file once
upstream restores declaration output.
