`get_xray_thin_d2cross_ei_integrated_thetae_dphi()` integrate within loop for memory saving

Running tofu/physics_tools/electrons/emission/_pbs_d2cross.py is limited by memory allocation.

Can be solved by computing the integrals inside the loop on theta_e0 instead of pre-allocating the whole array
