[BUG] QC2 buttons don't do anything

Describe the bug
Pass, Fail, and Other buttons do nothing, but you still have to press one for each sample to move on

@kenanoestreich I'm a little rusty, but I believe they only record the response in a CSV output during export. It was something implemented before my time, so I don't know what the original intent was.

As is, it just flags in the *_q2.csv with 0 or 1, which were selected.

E.g.,
