Migrating from user management disabled user to actual User account

Wondering about this process, via export or backup or otherwise, in regards to all of these apps.

Steps

1. Enable User Management
2. Port over existing data into an actual User account without losing it
3. Begin using one, or all, trace apps with normal User authentication without losing previous data.

In Nutritrace this would include....

• Diary
• Notes
• Local custom foods
• Goals
