Creating a new project does not actually open the workspace properly

To reproduce:

1. Open VSCode with VSCode Extension
2. TYpe in XCom-SDK-Create and do the steps to create a project
3. A project is created but if you type in any other commands, it cannot find a workspace.

To work around this, you need to reopen the workspace again.
