sca:copy-paste-detect does not accept target branches

When using the command sca:all -a, or sca:all -t, the PHPCPD tool checks all files, not just the ones changed in this commit/pull request.

PHPCPD must check all files. There is no way for it to find copy/past code if it only checks newly added files. This is intended behavior. If you want to exclude some files from being checked deliberatly please use the respective .dont... files.

@rdss-sknott What if we wanted to check the changed files against all files? Currently it checks all existing files, but if I changed file A.php, I would only want this file to be checked against all files

Adding this functionality would require major code changes as the tool we use to find copied code does not implement this use case. At the very least, you would need to implement some sort of filter on the output of PHPCPD to only show violations related to newly added code.

Since this is not a use case for us, if you want this feature to be implemented you will need to provide the relevant code in a PR.
