Compatability

I have read #306.

But what would it require for "actboy168/lua-debug" to become compatible with "mfussenegger/nvim-dap"?

I would be happy to support in anyway.

I will be using "tomblind/local-lua-debugger-vscode" in the meantime, so no worries.
