Currently, the PR comment only shows that there were warnings/violations and doesn't give any information or quick way to get to any information related to what the violations were.
Propose Solution
Adding information to the PR comment about what the violations were, or alternatively adding a link to the comment to the Summary page of the job run so you can easily see what the violations were to remediate them.
