TypeScript interop agent and client: every catalogue step on stdio, HTTP and WebSocket

programs/node/interop/{agent,client,sdk}.mjs on the TypeScript SDK's app API
(acp.agent()/acp.client()), launched by programs/node/launch/{build,agent,client}.sh.
The agent serves stdio (ndJsonStream) or one AcpServer for Streamable HTTP and
WebSocket; the client spawns the stdio agent with child_process.spawn and relays its
stderr. All 65 stable steps and the unstable session.fork pass against the
TypeScript agent on every transport.

expectations/typescript.json declares the one TypeScript-client cell failure:
session/delete of an unknown id is posted session-scoped and the Java agent answers 404.
The legacy ts-client.mjs and ts-server.mjs are unchanged.
