Needed Improvements List

This issue tracks all the needed improvements for BotBase:

• Different message for /chats if no users are in chat
• Different message for /queue if no users are waiting in the queue
• New DB APIs supporting more DB Engines than MySQL / SQLite
• /accept command for the Livechat module
• (Eventual) redis support for the Antiflood module
• Database based admins list
• Log message in the console for the /clearflood command
• New localization system (by using plate?) -> To be discussed

Anybody is welcome to contribute by adding these (and more) features to the codebase or to suggest any new feature that we could implement later on.
