tower-cli job_template create --credential Fails to set credential #749

tower-cli doesn't set vault credential and credential on job templates.

$ tower-cli job_template create --inventory my-inventory --project test --playbook playbooks/config-satellite.yml --name satellite_publish_cv_os_all_Library --credential "Demo Credential" --forks 3
