Looking for help maintaining sqlparser-rs

Basically I am looking for people to help maintain this crate.

"maintain" in this context means:

1. Review PRs and help get them ready to merge
2. Answer questions / help users
3. Improve documentation as questions arise
4. Keep in mind the existing sqlparser-rs users and current and future contributors

While coding is involved in these tasks, it is a small part of what it takes to maintain this crate.

I think it is also important to note that one can do all the time consuming parts of maintenance (PR reviews, answering questions / tickets, etc) without having write access to this repository.

Eventually I would love to give more people write access to accelerate development, but I am waiting for someone to actually show the initiative to do this work over an extended period of time (there are plenty of people willing to write code).

@AugustoFKL is an excellent example, see #808 but sadly there were some circumstances that required them to stop working in this crate

Awesome -- thank you @tobyhede -- what would be super helpful is to review the outstanding PRs (if you havent done so already) and ensure:

1. They are documented well
2. They follow the conventions of the rest of the code in this repo
3. They have adequate tests
