Subject: [PATCH] feat(python): add ATACCAMA to OssieVendor

The Ataccama converter in apache/ossie-converters tags its custom
extensions with the ATACCAMA vendor name. Adding it to OssieVendor lets
the converter use the enum instead of a bare string.
