fix(deps): allow impit v0.15 (#1128)

Widens the `impit` requirement from `~=0.14.0` to `>=0.14.0,<0.16.0`, so
the client accepts 0.15.0, the first release with Python 3.15 wheels
(cp315 and cp315t). 0.15 has no breaking changes, and the unit tests
pass on both 0.14.1 and 0.15.0. `impit` is exempt from the 24-hour
`exclude-newer` cooldown so it resolves right after a release.
