Steps to reproduce

Open the "Per-app settings" dialog as shown above.

Expected behavior

We're allowed to scroll down the list, and the "Custom notification color" picker is hidden when disabled.

Actual behavior

You can't scroll down the list, and once selected the "Custom notification color", the picker doesn't disappear when the preference is disabled.
