Create Kanban Cards by creating the files itself

I would like to create Kanban Boards or at least Cards using some automatism writing the files into the file system and they get indexed and shown in the Kanban Board.

I tried different approaches, but non of them create a new Card in the existing Kanbarn board.

Is there a workflow to allow this?
